Very little progress with the bedrooms thus far. The studio looks exactly as I want it to, but I’m going to need to hire a steam cleaner to remove the stubborn Tudor-dynasty wallpaper in the second bedroom. Once I manage to strip it all off, I’m hoping to paint the walls tangerine/apricot and grey/cream, depending on which colours match the furniture best. The rest of my time is likely going to be spent comparing paint swatches, bathing my skin in turpentine and pretend-hammering things in second-hand overalls and a kids tool belt.

Also, the random couch in that picture my brother thoughtfully left behind. Today, I jumped on it, cartwheeled over it, attempted to skate over it. It has exhausted all its uses, and now it must go… somehow.
