I’m having a stupid week

I went to get some film developed yesterday and when I went to pick it up, the guy just laughed and said, ‘What did you do? There’s nothing on it!’ Completely bewildered, I went home, checked my camera and realized that I hadn’t loaded the film into the take-up spool properly. I have literally been taking months worth of photos, thinking I was forwarding the film, when really it wasn’t moving at all! Even worse that I didn’t even realize when I took the film out that it was on the wrong side of the camera (though, to be fair, I was in a huge rush to leave before it rained). Anyway, the photo store man gave me a free roll of film, which was nice of him. I always somehow manage to self-sabotage all my film, I should really just stick to digital.
